1. Service Description
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Andrew AI, an AI-powered accountancy document processing software platform that helps authorised accountants at Andrew & Co organise and process client documents, extract information from invoices, bank statements, receipts and payroll documents, and sync relevant working papers to Google Drive and Google Sheets.
2. Authorised Use & Practice Desk Roster
Access to the administrative portal of Andrew AI is strictly restricted to authorised team members of Andrew & Co. Whitelisted accounts must be kept secure, and credentials must not be shared.
3. Google Integration Infrastructure
Andrew AI uses Google Drive and Google Sheets APIs backend-to-backend via a secure Google Service Account to create and format client working paper directories and workbooks. The application operates entirely using service-level credentials, and does not request or require personal Google OAuth access tokens or user-facing Drive permissions from individual users. Use of Google services is governed by Google API Service Policies.
4. Accountant Verification Requirement
Andrew AI supports professional accountant operations. All AI outputs and parsed records are verified by qualified accountants before being used to compile official company accounts.
